1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Nkosh Kisaan Ai. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You must provide your real name and a valid Indian mobile phone number to register.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not share your OTP or session with anyone else.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. AI Services & Accuracy

Nkosh Kisaan Ai provides AI-generated farming guidance through our Chat and Voice Assistant features. Please understand the following important limitations:

AI responses may contain errors or outdated information. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee it.
Market prices and mandi rates provided are indicative and may not reflect real-time values.
Guidance on pesticides, fertilizers, and animal medicines should always be verified with product labels and local experts before application.
Nkosh is not liable for any crop loss, financial loss, or harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated responses.

3. Free Trial & Usage Limits

New users receive a limited free trial to experience our Chat and Voice Assistant features. The following conditions apply:

The free trial allows a fixed number of AI interactions as communicated on the platform.
Once the trial limit is reached, you will be prompted to login or register to continue.
Attempting to bypass trial limits by clearing data, using multiple sessions, or other means is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify trial limits or service availability at any time.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Nkosh Kisaan Ai for any of the following:

Sending abusive, hateful, obscene, or illegal content through the chat or voice features.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract our AI models, prompts, or API responses.
Using automated bots, scripts, or tools to make bulk requests to our AI services.
Impersonating any person, government official, or organization.
Using the platform to spread misinformation about farming, pesticides, or animal health.
Any activity that violates Indian law or applicable regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Nkosh Kisaan Ai, including but not limited to the logo, brand name, UI design, AI prompts, and generated content, is the intellectual property of Nkosh or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use our platform for your own farming needs.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without written permission.
AI-generated responses are provided for your personal informational use and may not be republished as professional advice.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to Nkosh Kisaan Ai, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control (internet outage, third-party service downtime, etc.). We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Nkosh Kisaan Ai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably first by contacting our support team.
